Kids in the Creek

Today my dear friend Cindy came down from Kaysville to visit me. We were supposed to have lunch with Sarah and Emily, two other friends from Belgium - but they couldn't come. No matter, we had a great time together. It always feels wonderful to be with old friends.

After we ate luch we headed over to look at the house and play in the little creek that runs beside our house. Now, behind our house is the Jordan River, and we were NOT playing in that. It is much too deep and dangerous for children. Beside our house is a little man-made creek that the kids love to play in and so that is what we where these photos are taken.

It is October and yet the weather was in the 70s and so nice. Wow.


You can see that Dax got undressed even before the camera got pulled out.


Katie loves the creek! She is just learning how to throw rocks - one of those really useful life skills.


Soon Katie was down to a diaper as well.
