It's an Elmo cake for the birthday girl! Yes, I made it myself. and no, it wasn't hard.
To celebrate Kate's birthday we traveled up to Kaysville to see my very best friend from Belgium: Cindy! Cindy had told my kids that we'd be playing with water so Katie demanded to arrive prepared:
