This post has lots of pictures from our day trip into Zion National Park.
We started our day by hiking the 2 mile round trip on the Riverside walk to see the Temple of Sinawava.
Here we are at the end of the trail. This is where people start hiking into the Narrows.
Right after we got there, the other people left and we were alone. It was so beautiful.
Clark and Emily built a great rock cairn to mark the end of our journey.
Then we went back the visitor's center where Blake saw a herd of deer.
Lastly we drove the scenic Mount Carmel highway, complete with the mile long tunnel.
It was a lovely day and the kids loved running around in nature.

You are an amazing and ambitious mother! Your kids are going to have so many great memories of these fun trips. I'm sure the travelling wasn't a simple process, but it looks like it was more than worth it.
