Glass Christmas Tree

I took the children to The Festival of Trees which benefits Primary Children's Medical Center here in Salt Lake City.  As always, it was spectacular.  The highlight of this year's festival was a glass Christmas tree.  AMAZING!!!  

Please, look at the additional photos at this link.  And if you really want to be impressed, watch the video clip on this link that shows the process of making just one of the beautiful glass discs that make up the tree.  At the end of the video you will see how the tree was lighting up, synchronized to music.  It was phenomenal.  I heard it sold for over $25,000 and all of it will go to the Children's hospital.
